CaloDaily (“CaloDaily - Tracker”, com.calodaily.tracker)
Open CaloDaily - the app, or calodaily.com in a browser, signed in with the same Google or Apple account - go to the You tab, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
You are signed out straight away and the account is closed: nothing in it is shown or used and no reminders are sent. We email the address you sign in with to confirm the request. 14 days later, everything below is permanently deleted.
Changed your mind, or it wasn’t you? Use the cancel link in that email, or sign in again and choose Keep my account, any time in those 14 days. After that it cannot be undone, and there is no way to get the data back.
Email privacy@calodaily.com from the address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days, and the account is then deleted the same way: closed at once and permanently deleted 14 days later, with the same email and cancel link.
Sending from the address you signed in with is what proves the account is yours. If you cannot, say which address to delete and expect a question or two first.

Deleting your account does not cancel a CaloDaily Premium subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play - Apple and Google handle the billing, and only you can stop it. Cancel it first in your phone’s subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Backups of the database are encrypted and kept for 30 days before they are thrown away, so your rows disappear from the last of them within 30 days of the permanent deletion. They are never opened except to recover from a failure.
The web host keeps short-lived request logs - time, network address, which page, whether it worked - as any web server does. They hold no profile or diary information.
Reminders already queued on an Android phone live on the phone itself. Uninstalling CaloDaily removes them.
You can remove CaloDaily’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections. That stops future sign-ins but leaves your stored data untouched - use one of the two routes above to have it deleted.
